There are truly no words for how incredible Brian Breiter and his whole team are. If you’re looking for a personal injury attorney just stop here, pick up the phone, and call his office. I was involved in a 2 vehicle crash in June of 2018 that resulted in headaches and neck pain. After months of conservative treatment I wasn’t getting better and knew I needed help with next steps. I reached out to Brian who referred me to a partnering attorney (Joseph Johnson) to get started. Joseph got me set up with appointments for top notch medical professionals quickly and I was able to start getting better. Eventually, we discovered that my headaches were caused by a chiari malformation, which is a congenital defect that can be a-symptomatic until trauma, so in this case significant whiplash. The only solution was an invasive brain surgery that resulted in permanently removing part of my skull and the front of my C1 vertebrae. Back in April 2022, I was coming from work going home. Not far work, I got sideswiped by a car while riding my motorcycle.
