Hate reliving this—but if it helps even one person, it’s worth it. The short version: A phone call my husband made to Attorney Brian Breiter saved my life. If you’re on the fence about who to hire—don’t make the mistake I did. Call Brian. The long version: In March 2018, I was two months pregnant when I was rear-ended by a truck in stop-and-go traffic in Diamond Bar. I was crushed between two vehicles. The pain in my head was immediate and blinding—like someone cracked a bat across my forehead. My neck, my back, my arm… all on fire. I started bleeding internally from a torn placenta. I was told I’d likely lose the baby. Weeks of bed rest followed. My baby, miraculously, was born healthy. But I wasn’t. I couldn’t tolerate light, sound, or conversation. I lived in a dark room. Vomiting. Numbness. Losing control of my body. Hospitalized. Doctors were confused. And the attorneys I’d hired dismissed me. They told me I was faking it. Said I sounded like an ambulance chaser. Told me to settle for $150,000 because I’d be “lucky to get that.” They were dead wrong. The pain, the fear, and their gaslighting nearly broke me—until one day, my husband overheard me sobbing on the phone and had enough. He called Brian Breiter. That call saved my life. Brian said, “I’m not a doctor, but that doesn’t sound like a concussion.” He connected me with a brain specialist. I fired my old attorneys on the spot. The real diagnosis? Intracranial hypertension (pseudotumor cerebri)—fluid pressure in my brain mimicking a tumor. I needed brain surgery to install a permanent shunt. From there, Brian and his team got me real help: •    A neurosurgeon who actually knew what was wrong •    Disc replacements in my spine (L5-S1, C6-C7) •    Ulnar nerve decompression •    A trauma therapist to help my mental health •    And financial support when we needed it most Over six years, I’ve had six surgeries. I’m not the same—but I’m alive, and here for my children. That almost didn’t happen. Brian Breiter, Jason Glantz, and Mark Rubashkin didn’t just fight for me in court. They cared for me like family. They helped us stay afloat financially and ultimately secured a settlement that covered every cent of my $500,000+ in medical bills—and then some. If you’re unsure who to call, let me save you from the mistakes I made. Call Brian Breiter. Your situation may not be life or death. But mine was. And because of Brian—I’m still here. Forever grateful. Pic with Baby that was in accident with me.

Brian and Jeff are hands down the BEST attorneys in Los Angeles. It took me about 4 years to finally write this because it took me a while to get my confidence and life back in order after my injury....but Brian and Jeff honestly saved my life. They are thee smartest, most strategic, no bullshit, power player attorneys when it comes to personal injury in California. Brian has won many awards, they are ALL over his office...but his awards are public....in PRIVATE when you are his client, he goes above and beyond to help you when you're hurt. My face was severely injured and I didn't know where to turn because my father was dying of cancer during the same time I was hurt. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you Brian and Jeff looked out for me like they were my family. I cannot recommend these attorneys enough. When I was at my absolute worst in life, they never gave up on me and they helped me survive the toughest time I've ever experienced. Typing this brings me to tears because I'll never find the words to thank them enough. This law firm cares about their clients. Choose Brian Breiter, you'll be so happy you did.

There are truly no words for how incredible Brian Breiter and his whole team are. If you’re looking for a personal injury attorney just stop here, pick up the phone, and call his office. I was involved in a 2 vehicle crash in June of 2018 that resulted in headaches and neck pain. After months of conservative treatment I wasn’t getting better and knew I needed help with next steps. I reached out to Brian who referred me to a partnering attorney (Joseph Johnson) to get started. Joseph got me set up with appointments for top notch medical professionals quickly and I was able to start getting better. Eventually, we discovered that my headaches were caused by a chiari malformation, which is a congenital defect that can be a-symptomatic until trauma, so in this case significant whiplash. The only solution was an invasive brain surgery that resulted in permanently removing part of my skull and the front of my C1 vertebrae. Joseph continued to advocate for my treatment, medical bills and long term care coverage with the insurance company of the at-fault party to no avail. They were unwilling to settle enough to even cover my medical bills! We went through mediation and multiple negotiations and it felt endless. Joseph assured me it would work out and I trusted him implicitly (and boy am I glad I did!) 6 years after the accident, we finally saw our days in court. Joseph looped Brian and another attorney (Jeff Twomey) back in and we got our chance in front of a jury with an all star team of expert witnesses. 2 days of jury selection, 4 days of testimonies and cross examinations, and a day of jury deliberation and we won a huge jury award. There were plenty of moments I had to trust them and trust the process which isn’t easy to do when money is on the line but I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The defense argued I had a pre-existing condition and it was no relation. Brian and Jeff told the story that truly showed how different and difficult my life was after the crash. This isn’t an easy case to make and I’d trust no one else to successfully do it like they did. Brian and Jeff’s ability to speak to a court room, to tell my story, and to advocate for me was unmatched. It was incredible (albeit nerve wrecking) to watch the masters at work. They truly are the lawyers you want and need representing your case, ESPECIALLY if it goes to trial! Not all lawyers are trial lawyers. Settling out of court is faster and easier. It takes true masters of the craft to do what Brian and his team do in front of a jury and a judge. In the end, despite it taking Los Angeles years to find us space in a courtroom, I had my jury award read in the courtroom on September 25th and went to Brian’s office on October 30th to pick up my check. That was partly because his office was efficient in settling up my liens and paying out my experts, and partly because while in court he and his team negotiated with the defense that my award would have to be paid by the defense within 14 days. They knew what they were doing and it benefited me beyond belief. I’m still not 100%, and don’t think i ever will be, but Brian and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was both medically and financially taken care of. I was able to see a top notch neurosurgery expert (Dr. Mobin) at their referral, my medical bills were paid in full and I have enough money for my future to continue the care I will need and to compensate the overall pain, suffering and distress this crash caused me. It was an absolute life changing amount. Again - these guys are amazing. Don’t second guess calling them. Don’t waste your time calling elsewhere. These are the guys you want on your side!

Back in April 2022, I was coming from work going home. Not far work, I got sideswiped by a car while riding my motorcycle. I got thrown off my motorcycle and landed underneath a parked SUV and my motorcycle almost landed on me. It all felt unreal. Ironically, the ambulance took me back to work ( I work at a hospital ) and came in as a Trauma. My finger was bleeding and had pain on my right leg. I didn’t lose consciousness and I was aware of everything that was happening around me. After calling my family and told them the situation, I took some time to search for a lawyer. Came across the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. After sending a virtual consultation request, Brian calls me directly to hear out what happened and he explained to me what the next steps would be. He took on my case and I felt more at ease while I was at the hospital. I ended with a finger laceration, metacarpal fracture on my left pinky, right scapula fracture, non-displaced fracture on my right 3rd rib and hematoma on my right thigh. After being discharged from the hospital, Brian informs me that the person who hit me was uninsured. I got worried. I thought I that point Brian wouldn’t continue with my case. I was mistaken. Brian and Mark continued with my case knowing the other person was uninsured. They also handled the insurance coming after me (parked SUV). I didn’t have to deal with that headache. Since the other person didn’t have insurance, Brian and Mark managed to get the maximum coverage from my own insurance. I would highly recommend Brian and his team. Shout-out to his teammates Natalie and Tatiana for answering my emails. Lastly, I am very grateful I recovered from my injuries. No physical limitations. Thank you all!!

I was hit by a car last April (2021) while riding my motorcycle to work. Totaled my bike, damaged a lot of an outside restaurant area, and probably totaled the guys car while at it. I also broke 10 bones and have had to change my career due to the permanent injuries. Brian and his team managed to handle my case with speed and to the full extend of the law, and got me a maximized settlement. Without that I’d probably be homeless at this point. Brian and his team were caring, incredibly professional, precisely knowledgeable, and had a friendly approach whilst at it. I can not recommend him enough. There is a very good reason for his perfect review status, it’s incredibly well earned and deserved. If in need, do yourself justice by starting here, you most likely won’t need to try anywhere else!
