Sawyer & Sawyer have been excellent guides while dealing with my elderly father. They provided excellent service in establishing the required estate documents to help me manage my father's affairs when he was unable to. One of the few firms in Orlando that can handle guardianship and recognizes that it isn't always necessary! They were also instrumental in qualifying him for Medicaid, working with the state throughout the application process and providing me with support both during and after the application process. I cannot recommend them enough!

Sawyer & Sawyer did an exceptional job in guiding my family (out of state) through the Florida probate process after the death of my mother. They very quickly managed to clear all hurdles in the settlement of her estate and sale of her home. They leveraged computer technology to keep the process flowing even when we could not be there in person. Would highly recommend these professionals in any such legal issues.

I have worked with Thomas Moss Esq for approximately 20 years. He first helped my parent with their estate documents, then helped update my father;'s documents after my mother's passing. In 2011, I asked for assistance in setting up my estate documents. At that time and two times since when revising my documents, Mr. Moss and his entire tem have been friendly, courteous and professional. They have answered all my questions and made sure I completely understood what I needed. This team is fantastic.
