Mr. Jorge Barros was my paralegal in the case of my mother who had passed away in November of last year. He was extremely helpful in guiding me through every step of the process of going through probate. When ever I had a question about something, he would always help me and answer me. He made the process extremely easy and never made me feel like I couldn't ask him anything since this was my first time ever going through something like this. We were met by Monica, the lovely & polite receptionist. She made us feel welcome & asked us what beverages we'd like & got them for us. So sweet! She kept us informed as to when the attorney would see us. We arrived early to the appointment as requested. After only a few minutes, she led us into a conference room, spacious, clean & properly set up. We then had the pleasure of meeting Jay Silverstein, Esq. What a wonderful man & great representative for the firm. He was gracious, warm & interested in everything we had to say. He asked us the necessary questions & offered proper advice.
